We just finished Podcast Studio Show #3 with Steve Loethen and also release a
new blog for the show. With the
telephone hybrid we are using, we don't have the ability to adjust the volume of the caller directly, so John and I will be working with the Mackie recording setup using independent channels instead the full stream out of the mixer. Along with that, we will be rewiring the connections to place the caller inline with the microphones to give them a separate channel. If levels are lower than the others, we will be able to boost their volume without effecting the in studio volume.
